Life Coaching…have the life you want

Life coaching helps you to move your life forward and to find fulfilment, success, well-being and happiness. Coaching can help you to pinpoint the blocks or obstacles that are making you feel “stuck” and help you to move through them. They may also guide you through a life transition, such as finding a new career, or looking to start a new relationship.

You might call them a “change facilitator” or a “courage catalyst”.

Life coaching can help in many areas of your life. As a Certified Coach I can help you to:

  • Change your thoughts and perceptions
  • Increase confidence
  • Feel motivated and inspired
  • Cope positively with major changes
  • Overcome trauma and anxiety
  • Improve relationships
  • Have a healthy lifestyle
  • Decrease substance use
  • Create a harmonious family environment
  • Set and realise goals
  • Let go of negativity from the past

.
How can Coaching help me?

Coaching can help you to see things differently. It allows you to step out of your comfort zone and see things from a different perspective.

Coaching helps you to discover where you want to be in life and what you want to achieve. You will create a plan with actions that will take you forward.

It gives you the opportunity to live in the present, leaving the past behind with a renewed sense of energy, focus and confidence.

What can I expect in a session?

A session with me will be different each time depending on the work we are doing. We will first spend some time to get to know each other and develop a relationship of trust and mutual respect.

You will be given the opportunity to talk about the changes you wish to make and we will create a plan of how this will be achieved.

I’ll support you along the way to motivate  and inspire you and to overcome any barriers we may face.

All work is tailor made to the individual and is confidential.

“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you’ve imagined. As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler.”
–Henry David Thoreau
